Due to the custom nature of our typography services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeframe and cannot provide a satisfactory resolution.
  • Cancellation Before Work Commences: If you cancel your order before we begin work, you may be eligible for a full refund minus any administrative fees.
  • Material Breach: If FontForge materially breaches the service agreement and cannot remedy the breach.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged twice for the same service.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after work has commenced
  • Dissatisfaction with the final design (we offer revisions as part of our service)
  • Failure to provide necessary information or feedback in a timely manner
  • Project cancellation after work has begun (partial refund may be considered)
  • Services that have been delivered and approved by the client
  • Consultation fees and initial assessments

5. Partial Refunds

In cases where work has partially commenced but the project is cancelled, we may offer a partial refund based on:

  • The amount of work completed
  • Time and resources invested
  • The terms outlined in your specific service agreement

Any partial refund will be calculated at our discretion and communicated clearly before processing.

6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number, project details, and reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or evidence
  4. Allow 5-10 business days for us to review your request

We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to find an alternative refund method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.
